A Battery Fan will Cool You Down Anywhere

You’ll be hard pressed to find a more convenient way to stay cool than a battery fan. These usually small hand held devices are so useful that they continue to be prominent even this day and age where batteries are extremely unpopular when compared to solar power and electricity. The beauty of these portable tools is that they are not very expensive, and they can last a very long time. They’ve been so popular for so long that they have sprung many different imitators, all of which work to accomplish the same task (keeping you cool. Actually, there are battery fans that are actually heaters, designed to warm you up, as well).

One popular type is the desktop battery fan. This quiet little fan sits on your desk and hums along all day, gently blowing a nice breeze through your hair. It feels excellent, but the slight downside is that it takes up valuable desk space. If you’ve ever been confined to a desk to do your work, you’ll understand that sometimes you keep moving things around because you just don’t have a great spot for them. To solve this, someone came up with the idea to put the fan on a place that won’t be as likely to cost valuable space – that is, the cubicle wall of a desk (in office situations) or simply the desk itself in other situations. This personal clip on fan is nice because it just clips on wherever you need it to be and doesn’t disturb anyone or any other item on your desk.

Then there are the large, outdoor battery fans. These are not very common anymore because they’re in a place that can easily receive electricity (which will end up saving a lot of money). The same goes for misting fans, since they usually have a close electric outlet. However, if there is none nearby, or you need water on the go, you’ll have to go with the good old battery.
